Connect-SD provides consulting services in the areas of one on one ministry and life coaching to clergy, clergy spouses, women in ministry leadership roles. Connect-SD facilitates women's retreats virtually or in-person, and helps you discern cross-cultural challenges that might be interfering with ministry goals.
Sandra has advanced degrees in psychology, rehabilitation counseling, pastoral ministry and coaching. She has over 35 years of professional experience in non-profit settings, state funded programs, faith-based organizations, post-secondary education, group facilitation leadership and training in multicultural and multilingual settings. Sandra is a certified coach with the International Coaching Federation and ordained minister with the American Baptist Churches, USA.
Connect-SD specializes in ministry coaching for clergy or ministry lay leaders and mentoring of women in leadership roles, and BIPOC women missionaries.

One on one coaching sessions start at $150 per session. Ask about 4 and 7 months coaching package. Single Day retreats start at $600+ Travel expenses. Multi-day retreats also available.
