Meet Sandra
With over 35 years of experience in ministry, disability advocacy, mentoring, retreat facilitation and mission leadership, Sandra uses her vast knowledge to walk alongside those who seek to better understand their own paths in life, who have identified life transitions for which they desire to receive coaching support and guidance.
As a result of living on three continents and a deep grasp of multicultural environments, Sandra's foundational anchors are rooted in deep listening and grace filled accompaniment. Cross-cultural living is part of her DNA.
Sandra invites you with compassion and gentleness to sit with her as you contemplate the unfolding of curious heart questions, current life transitions and self-established goals you desire to reach. You are invited to breathe.
Conversations can happen in English or French.
The Beginning
What does it take to break the "glass ceiling?" How can women in leadership be acknowledged and heard? When are invitations to meetings truly genuine? How can you respond to cultural nuances with authenticity? Who controls your narrative, your story? Why is self-care a priority?
These were some of the questions that contributed to the establishment of CONNECT-SD, LLC.
As a Black multilingual woman leader in the disability & mental health fields, pastoral ministry, coaching and global mission, Sandra often found herself challenged by the essence of these questions. Systems and institutions would too quickly try to box her in pre-conceived platforms.
All these questions and life experiences inform Sandra’s deep desire to pause with you when you participate in retreats, to listen to your questions when you ask for consultations and to sit with you in the one on one coaching sessions, as you seek to be accompanied.
